Les Aiguières

Between swimming and unusual walks in the Gard, Les Aiguières is a natural water park where a small stream flows from one pot to another interspersed with waterfalls. A unique and ideal site for swimming, walking with your feet in the water or canyoning.

The Sautadet waterfalls

30mn from Saint-Ambroix, the Sautadet waterfalls situated at La Roque-Sur-Cèze, form a magnificent series of waterfalls and rapids on the Cèze in the Gard department of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Over the years, the Cèze has carved out the limestone rock to create huge, more spectacular potholes one after the other. A place not to be missed when on holiday in the Gard.

Les Concluses of Lussan

Near Lussan, one of the most beautiful villages in France, lovers of hiking and wild landscapes will discover the Concluses de Lussan, gorges dug into the limestone by the Aiguillon, a small tributary of the Cèze and framed by high cliffs. In a real amusement park, you will wander between these rocky walls. Another remarkable natural site in the Gard region.

Pont du Gard

Discover the exceptional and unmissable site of the Pont du Gard, only 50 minutes from the campsite in the Gard Beau Rivage. This Roman aqueduct bridge was built on three levels and at a height of more than 48 metres. Located in Vers-Pont-du-Gard not far from Uzès in the French department of Gard. It spans the Gardon river and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1985. The site of the Pont du Gard has a museum revealing all its history.

The Ardeche Gorges

Le Beau Rivage is a campsite in the Gard on the border of the Ardèche. Beautiful geographical situation to visit these 2 departments. In our neighbours, go to Vallon Pont-d'Arc and discover on foot, by bike or on the water in a canoe, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, a real canyon of about thirty kilometres between the Pont d'Arc and Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche.

The Cocalière cave

10mn from the campsite in the Gard Beau Rivage, the Grotte de la Cocalière is located in the Cévennes National Park in the commune of Courry in the Gard and bordering the Ardèche. It is one of the 3 most beautiful caves in France that can be visited. A wonder of nature at 60m deep. And to have fun with the family, the return journey is by little train.

The Salamandre cave

Always very close to the 4-star campsite in the Cévennes, the cave of the Salamandre located in Méjannes le Clap in the Gard. It is one of the most beautiful cavities in Europe sublimated with light and sound. For stronger sensations, the Grotte de la salamande offers you to discover it by abseiling, a 50m descent like real spelologists. During the summer, concerts and other activities are organised there on reservation.
